POLICIES:
All Motor Graphics™ guarantees that our products will meet or exceed the manufacturer performance specifications. Our graphics kits are guaranteed for three years (3) years against fading, peeling, blistering, or flaking. Decals that are installed over plastic gas tank areas are perforated to help minimize the blistering, due to the inherent gas tank fume permeation. These areas are not guaranteed to adhere for (3) years. Our guarantee does not cover improper installation, scratching resulting from handling or from normal wear and tear. All of our products are inspected prior to packaging. Please check your package immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event that they have been damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed within 72 hours of delivery. If you are not satisfied, please return it within 7 days for a refund minus the actual shipping cost. ALL NON-PERSONALIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE. The merchandise must be in the exact packaging and resellable condition. We will not accept returns that have been damaged, improperly packaged or tampered with. All custom personalized kit CANNOT be returned. All Returns must be made within 30 days from original date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All return shipments must have the postal delivery confirmation number or tracking information.
